Studio rental terms

1. 01A booking becomes binding only after a confirmation e-mail from the operator. Submitting the form is only a request for a date.
2. 02Cancellation is free of charge no later than 48 hours before the start of the booking. For later cancellation we charge 50 percent of the price, for a no-show 100 percent of the price.
3. 03The renter takes over the space in its current condition and must hand it over in the same condition.
4. 04The renter is liable for all damage to the space, furnishings and equipment caused by them or by anyone who came to the studio with them, including models, clients, crew and minors. Damage is reimbursed in the full purchase or repair price within 14 days of being quantified by the operator.
5. 05Any damage or malfunction must be reported immediately during the rental. Damage discovered after departure is attributed to the last renter.
6. 06Lighting equipment, stands and backdrops may only be handled by a person instructed by the operator.
7. 07Smoking, open fire and pyrotechnics are prohibited. Confetti, paints, glitter, loose and liquid materials are allowed only with prior written consent. In case of breach we charge a cleaning fee from 50 euro.
8. 08Animals are allowed by prior arrangement.
9. 09The space is handed over tidy, waste belongs in the bin and furniture back in its original place. For excessive soiling we charge a fee from 50 euro.
10. 10Exceeding the reserved time is charged for every started hour at the valid rate.
11. 11The operator is not liable for items left in the studio, nor for injury caused by not following instructions or by incorrect handling of equipment.
12. 12The renter is responsible for compliance with copyright and for the consent of photographed persons to the processing of their likeness.
13. 13The studio is located on the upper floor and is accessible by stairs, without a lift.
14. 14By submitting a booking the renter confirms that they have read these terms and agree with them.
